TMU-500 is a metal CNC Machining Center with a total of 5 processing axes, which is a combination of three linear axes and two rotary axes. TMU-500 enables to process highly complex shapes in one go, which reduces the work time, increases productivity by maintaining high accuracy, greater safety and energy-efficient processes such as turning, milling, grinding, etc. It is user-friendly with its 19″ touch screen control unit, automatic chip discharge system and automatic tool change system. TMU-500 is easy to load and unload thanks to its sliding door mechanism that opens and closes easily. Thanks to its large window sizes, the operator can notice the status of the workpiece from many angles. In addition, the design, which consists of an iron cast block, a processing block made of metal processing and bending methods, bulletproof special glasses made of polycarbonate solid and body parts made of fiberglass, is aimed to be long-lasting and to stand out among its competitors. TMU-500 has a wide working table, a powerful high-speed spindle, a fully enclosed processing area for high precision and security purposes. As a result, TMU-500 is a product designed to be used in sectors such as aviation, defense, automobile / truck, consumer electronics, energy, and medicine.

TMU-500 became the winner of the Industrial products category in the European Design Award competition in 2021 and has the title of the first 5-axis machining center to go into mass production in Turkey.
